Cancellation fee: $35/session if canceled more than one week ahead. $100/session if canceled less than a week ahead by 8pm on the Saturday before the class starts. You will be credited 50% of the tuition for later use if cancel after 8pm on the Saturday before the class starts , no refund.

Session 1 (6/10-6/27/24, 3 weeks)

Session 2 (7/1-7/18/24, 3 weeks)

Zoo trip on 6/30, no class on 7/4

Payment status:

$ 990 for one session, plus $30 model fee. $1782 for two session 1 & 2, $60 model fees. Zoo trip will be collected later(will get group discount). Supplies are not included. 10% discount for siblings.

Photography release

I am aware that US ARTS Education Center takes photographs of student from time to time. I hereby grant US ARTS EDUCATION CENTER permission to use the photography of my child listed above in public news mediums.

Outdoor events liability release

I hereby waive all rights and claims against the US ARTS Education Center and its team members for any liability resulting from my child’s participation of any out door events organized by US ARTS Education Center.

I am aware that it is my responsibility to arrive on time to pick up my child after his/her class. US ARTS Education Center is not responsible for supervision your child after my child’s class time.

Registration will be processed when payment is revieved.
